Items can be returned for store credits which are valid for 6 months. Expired credits cannot be refunded or renewed.
Returns must be done within 14 days from the shipping date/from the date of delivery, together with a Return Form printout (which comes along with your parcel or can be requested via email at email@example.com). Items must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags on, in original packaging in order to be eligible for return.
Discounted items and items on sale are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Orders placed with store credits are not eligible for further returns.
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Please reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defective/incorrect product and a detailed description.
