Returns

Returns must be done within 10 working days (local orders) or 14 working days (international orders) from the date of delivery, together with a Return Form printout (can be requested via email at contact@futuremuse.co). Items must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags on, in original packaging in order to be eligible for return.

Returns are subject to return shipping fees and reverse duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for your package and contacting our Customer Service at contact@futuremuse.co with the tracking number once shipped.

Refunds will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. Please ensure you have signed up for a membership account with us in order to receive the store credit. The store credit will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded.

Discounted items and items on sale are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Orders placed with store credits are not eligible for further returns.

 

Exchanges

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Please reach out to us via contact@futuremuse.co with a picture of the defective/incorrect product and a detailed description.

Items must be exchanged within 14 days from date of delivery together with an Exchange Form printout (which comes along with your parcel or can be requested via email at contact@futuremuse.co).

Items must be unworn, in brand new condition and in original packaging. Items can only be exchanged once and exchanged item/s cannot be exchanged again.
