Shipment

 

Once your order has been made successfully, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with proof of payment. If you do not receive this, please contact us at contact@futuremuse.co.

Local Orders: Your order will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.

Local delivery is available within Singapore. Orders over SGD $100 will get to enjoy free local shipping; $4.50 shipping fee will be added to orders under $100.

International Orders: Your order will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. The estimated delivery time will be 8 - 18 working days.

Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated based on your location. Orders over SGD $300 will get to enjoy free international shipping.

Payment

Payments are carried out by PayPal or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. A Paypal account is not necessary. 

Preorders

If you order includes preorder items, please note that your in-stock items will be delivered via your preferred delivery method first.

Additional payment for delivery may be required of your preorder items, depending on your chosen delivery method. Price of postage includes handling fees. Once the shipment has arrived in our warehouse, orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers. If you did not receive your parcel, please contact our third party postal service providers. Our company shall not be responsible for any lost parcels with proof of postage.
